Refund Policy - the basics
At Anaisaa Sarees, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. Each saree is carefully checked and packed before shipping. However, if something doesn't feel right, we're here to help.

🧵 Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges, store credit and cash refunds, depending on the matter.
✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
❌ Returns are not accepted for:

Sarees bought on sale or discount

Customized or stitched orders
-
Minor color differences due to screen settings (we try to represent colors as accurately as possible)
🔁 How to Request a Return/Exchange

Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).

After quality check at our end, you can:

Exchange the product

Opt for store credit (valid for 6 months)

💸 Refunds (If Applicable)
We do not offer refunds to your original payment method unless:

The product is out of stock, or
-
The order is canceled before dispatch
In such cases, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
🚚 Reverse Pickup & Shipping

We offer one free reverse pickup per order (where our courier partners operate).

If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, you may need to self-ship the item to our return address.

Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
